St Joseph’s Shrine
£12.00 – £18.00
St Joseph’s Shrine is a magical and mystical stone-built refuge lying in a secluded spot about a mile from the ruins of Errwood Hall. The image has been digitally enhanced using a water-colour effect. Magnify the close-up image (no.3) to see the detail.
Select a size option from the drop-down menu below to purchase. (The frame is not included.)

A small plaque inside the circular shrine bares the initials D de Y and the date 1889 in remembrance of Dolores De Ybarguen, the Spanish companion of Samuel Grimshawe's wife, Jessie (click for more). I've sprinkled some digital fairy dust over the photo using a water-colour filter. (Magnify the close-up image to view the effect.)
Custom sizes are available. Please contact me if you'd like a larger print.
