An oil painting of Goyt’s Bridge from beside Errwood Bridge looking south along the River Goyt towards the packhorse bridge and Goytshead Farmhouse. Painted in the early 1900s, it was an early version of a highly popular postcard.

The artist was George Ramsay who painted many postcard views around the Goyt Valley. The final version included some human interest, including people, animals and the gypsy caravan.
